What Is the 12-Week 3D Bootcamp — And Is It Right for Your Business?

Diagnose. Design. Deploy. Twelve weeks. Ten working documents. One business that can run without the owner in every decision.

The 12-Week 3D Bootcamp is a structured business transformation program built around three phases: Diagnose, Design, and Deploy. Each phase runs for four weeks. Each week produces a working document. The program ends with ten documents and a 90-day deployment plan that is used the following week.

It is not a course. It is not advisory in the traditional sense. It is an operating system — built from inside a specific business, by the people who run it, with a team that has 18+ years of operational experience across the same industries.

The 3D framework

Most business programs give you a framework and tell you to apply it. The Bootcamp works the other way around — it starts with the diagnosis.

Diagnose

Weeks 1–4

Before strategy, before campaigns, before anything else: diagnose what the business actually is. Identity, offers, pricing, demand, and the consultation system. This phase produces the four foundational documents that all future decisions run from.

Design

Weeks 5–8

Diagnosis tells you what's broken. Design tells you how to run it. Operating rhythm, cash fundamentals, customer experience, and people accountability. Four systems, each with a named owner, each with a documented standard.

Deploy

Weeks 9–12

Systems and templates, campaign blueprint, optimisation, and Demo Day. The business goes from designed to running. The 90-Day Deployment Plan at the end is the first sprint post-program — not a report, a operational document.

You cannot design a business you haven't diagnosed. You cannot deploy a business you haven't designed.

The ten documents

Every week of the Bootcamp produces a document. These are not templates filled in. They are working outputs — built from real input about the specific business, reviewed and approved by the SigmaSync team.

Bootcamp vs Jumpstart — what's the difference?

The Jumpstart builds the foundation in four weeks — nine documents that give the business clarity on who it is, what it sells, and how demand flows. It is the right starting point for a business that needs direction fast.

The Bootcamp goes further. It takes the Jumpstart documents and upgrades them — the Company DNA Canvas becomes v2, the One-Page Strategy becomes v2, the Consultation Playbook becomes the full version with an Objection Map. Then it builds five entirely new documents that cover operating rhythm, systems, campaign, and the graduation framework.

The Jumpstart fee is credited 100% to the Bootcamp if enrolled within 30 days. The two programs are designed to be sequential. You don't start over — you build.

The connection to the Consultation Mastery Program

Week 4 of the Bootcamp produces a Consultation Playbook and an Objection Map — the designed framework for how the business runs its client consultations. That is the design.

The Consultation Mastery Program trains the team to execute it. A Bootcamp graduate who hasn't trained their team on the playbook has built the system without installing it. CMP is the installation.

These are not alternatives. The Bootcamp builds the playbook. The CMP makes the team fluent in it. For businesses with more than one client-facing staff member, both are relevant.

Is the Bootcamp right for your business?

Four markers that suggest it is:

  1. The business is running but the owner is in every decision. The Bootcamp builds the operating rhythm and accountability that lets the owner step back.
  2. Revenue is inconsistent month-to-month. The Bootcamp addresses both the demand side (campaign blueprint) and the operations side (KPI scorecard, SOP starter pack).
  3. The team is growing but accountability isn't structured. Weeks 7–8 build the people and customer experience systems that scale without chaos.
  4. You've done the Jumpstart and want to go further. The Bootcamp is designed to upgrade and extend, not duplicate.
